The female, identified as 24-year-old Charleston, South Carolina resident Kaylyn Sommer, reportedly threw herself off the Norwegian Pearl cruise ship hours after it left the Port of Miami in Florida on Thursday afternoon. Members of the U.S. Coast Guard were brought in to take charge of the search mission off the coast of Cuba, while party officials scrapped the remainder of the four-day dance music event and turned the vessel around, halting the party cruise.
